Refund Policy

Last updated August 25, 2026

Our policy, plainly

Every card is sold exactly as pictured — we photograph the actual card you'll receive, not a stock photo or placeholder. Because of that, and because these are collectible, individually unique physical items, all sales are final. We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, or because a card's condition matches what was photographed and described.

When we'll make it right

We will replace, refund, or partially refund an order if:

  • A card arrives visibly damaged in shipping (bent, creased, or otherwise harmed in transit) in a way it wasn't in the listing photo
  • The wrong card shipped — you received something other than what your order confirmation says you bought
  • A card is materially different from what was photographed — not just the ordinary condition variance you'd expect from a raw, ungraded dollar-box card

How to request one

If a card arrived damaged, wrong, or different from what was photographed, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you and make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit, whichever fits the situation.

For anything else — you want to flag an order or ask about cancelling it — every order has a Request cancellation button right on its order page, no need to email us first. The seller reviews every request and can approve or decline it based on the policy above.

Shipping costs

If we made the mistake, we cover return shipping, and original shipping is refunded along with the order.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows a package lost in transit, contact us — we'll work with you to resolve it once carrier tracking confirms it never arrived.
