Value Boxes (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates value-boxes.com, a site where you dig through virtual “dollar boxes” of real, physical trading cards — swipe to hold a card, then buy what you've held and we ship it to you. Value Boxes is currently operated as a sole proprietorship based in Oregon, USA.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to buy from us. If you're under 18, use Value Boxes with a parent or guardian's involvement and permission.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away (see Contact) if you think your account's been compromised.
Swiping right on a card places a temporary hold on it so someone else can't buy it out from under you while you're deciding — holds expire automatically if checkout isn't completed in time. Completing checkout is your offer to buy the held cards at the price shown; we accept that offer once payment is confirmed.
Prices, shipping costs, and any minimum-order or free-shipping thresholds are set per box and shown to you before you pay.
Cards sold through Value Boxes are exactly what's pictured — we photograph the actual front (and back, where shown) of each individual card. These are “dollar box” cards: raw, ungraded, and sold as-is. We don't claim professional grading, and normal wear consistent with the photos shown isn't grounds for a return — see our Refund Policy for what is.
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. It's your responsibility to make sure that address is correct — we're not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't store your full card or bank account details on our own servers.
See our Refund Policy for what qualifies for a refund and how to request one.
Value Boxes is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of cards. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the site grows. Material changes will update the “last updated” date above; continuing to use Value Boxes after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
